We use AI-powered bots including Jarrod, Jarvis, Cyril, Sara, Maria, Aequitas, and Modvader. These use OpenAI and other providers under secured contracts and API data use policies.

We use your data to support internal productivity, automate compliance documentation, and index organizational knowledge securely.

5. When We Share Your Information

Information is not sold and only shared internally or with secure third-party providers.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained only for business, legal, or project needs and securely deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Data is encrypted, access-controlled, and JSON-based action handling is monitored. However, no system is completely immune to cyber threats.
